I was just about to ask if anyone had a magical solution to snot/mucus/phlegm development during the fall & winter months. The one thing that bugs me about riding now is constantly having to clear my nose.

It is completely normal to have an excessive amount of snot when the temperatures get cool/cold. When it gets really cold, the snot is easier to deal with ... it forms an icicle as it comes out, and when the icicle gets long enough to be annoying, you just break it off and toss it away ... and wait for the next one to form.

In really cold weather you do NOT want to use your glove for snot. It freezes on the glove, and the next time you go to wipe your nose, you'll just about scrape your nose off your face.

Oh, and use an antihistamine to slow the flow.
