I'd say Psimet's reputation speaks for itself but if your shopping around you also can try Joe Young out of Texas. I have a set of custom DT Swiss (hoops & hubs) which have been great. Coming up on two seasons of use and they have not been touched ... zero maintenance ... true as the day they arrived. I'm 185 lbs and the wheelset has not been abused but it hasn't been baby'd either.
