who cares? he'll have about 3 more scratches within the next week. and what is the shop going to do? give him a new frame? yeah right -- they dont care and they're obviously sloppy in their work. And I bet he strips the frame to 100% chrome in the next 3 months, anyways.

If you want to "get back" at the shop, just never shop there again.

chalk it up to not being able to fix a flat in the first place -- he should have just spent five bucks on a patch kit and two tire levers and did it himself.
