If you want to "get back" at the shop, just never shop there again.
chalk it up to not being able to fix a flat in the first place -- he should have just spent five bucks on a patch kit and two tire levers and did it himself.
that's kind of a weird way to look at it. i should just accept the damage because it'll probably happen anyway - and in any event it's my fault for not fixing the tire myself?
