If you want to "get back" at the shop, just never shop there again.
chalk it up to not being able to fix a flat in the first place -- he should have just spent five bucks on a patch kit and two tire levers and did it himself.
So you say its absolutely nothing to get any? You really don't think its fair he should get some kind of return for the scratch?
Remember it's his first FG and he probably didn't mind the extra 10 dollars of getting a new tire, and so you can't really blame him on that one. Not everyone just has tire patches and levers either.
