well said man, yeah that's the least they can do. It's not your fault for not changing your own flat, that's for damn sure. You should get the repair stuff but I mean you've had the bike less than a week, people need to cut you a little slack.
Something about new Pistas gettin scratched by shops.. I remember BianchiDave posted a few weeks ago the shop scratched up his new one too.
