I hate to hear the part about the beer. That is sad
But I do understand the stress part. I took on a new job this summer and have become so damned wrapped up in it, that I forgot about the most important person in my life...............ME!! I eat late, my riding has gone to almost nothing, and I have gained too. (I am not ready to confess to the "too much beer" thing yet).
Good luck to you man. Put blinders on during the Xmas holiday and may good times and a healthier you be in your near future.
