Pdeals - Not sure exactly what you want, but if you're not picky about authentic-looking pedals, then try JensonUSA. They sell pedals with integral toe clips or separate pedals and separate toe clips. Velo Orange might also sell them.

Brake levers - Velo Orange. A pair of Dia-Compe levers with the old tan "gum rubber"-looking hoods is only $30, but the rubber is newer stuff that doesn't degrade and get sticky (like your current ones). Supposidly Cane creek sells black rubber hoods, but I wasn't able to find any online.

Pump - Road Morph is a good choice. Get the one with the fold-out foot pieces so you can hold it down with your foot and not have to pump with two hands.
