Rain, high 30s, tailwind. Saw exactly one person on 5 miles of MUP. A regular, out walking her two dogs.
I also saw a 4-point buck cross the road in front of me. I slowed way down in case there were deer following him. He stopped, turned to look at me, and huffed.
Then he trotted off and jumped a chain link fence. Very cool.
Later, on the MUP, I saw a pretty big fox with a bushy tail.
Lastly, I saw a red squirrel on the MUP. Today is interesting animals day, I guess. I'll probably see our neighborhood wild turkeys when I get home later, too.
