I've had 2 pair of them since 1997. used them mostly for groceries and laundry and an occasonal camping trip. they have set unused for long periods of time,but I have abused themand thay hold up ok. especially for the low price. very early on in their life the area where the handles are sewen on riped loose on 2 of them. it was easily repaired and might not be a problem now. only recently have I noticed a small tear in the bottom of one. like I said, I have 2 sets of theses and while I would like some larger bags,these have held up amazingly well,to the neglect and abuse
