I would echo DaveSSS's suggestion of the FSA, but you mention you DON'T want carbon, so:
There are some Selcof posts on Ebay - model SP643, SP624 or SP64 (depending on the seller) that have ~ 25 mm setback. They are around 300 grams for the 31.8 mm version and the micro-adjust is not as nice as the FSA version (it's even spelled MIRCO-ADJUST on the seatpost!
), but they work and are available in different colours if that's your thing.
