And I am curious as to where anyone has said (and it is documented) the markup they have for profit vs. what they "tell" you.
There are costs built into the consumer price: shipping from the factory, painting, roof over business, web fees, etc. Think about the BIG picture, not just you. Believe it or not, IRO does a damn fine job of advertising, pricing, building, and I doubt he is raking in the cash. And why just IRO? Why not Surly or Bianchi or Independent Fabrication?
