My shifter needed to be rebuilt and I thought I would give it a go myself. I ordered some parts from Branford Bike (very nice guys by the way) and they recommended a light grease like Campagnolo white.

I overlooked that detail when I was ordering and was wondering if I could use the grease I've already got. I have some Phil Wood grease and Dumonde Tech MR Grease. Has anyone used either of these greases with success or are they too heavy?
