I've signed up as well. I've never ridden > 100 miles, and have only done a few organized rides (former tourer, mostly MTB'er). Last summer I got my Lightning P-38 recumbent out of storage and found I could do flat'ish 100 mile rides in 6 hours solo and still feel really good at the end. I started dreaming of big mile brevets (they were done for the year by the time I was back on the bike), but maybe the CTC jersey is a more practical goal.
anotherbrian's first post, and it's about doing a double! Color me impressed.
