Too much. Complete bike would sell for about that amount around here right now. Building up a frame rarely makes sense, unless you happen to have a full parts bin (free parts). But your market is more on the crazy side pricing wise, so if you are comfortable paying that much for a frameset, go for it.

Personally, even though I have a pretty robust parts bin, I rarely buy framesets. Too much value in a complete bike, even if I don't need the parts, as I always can use an extra set of wheels, bars, stem, seat post, crankset, derailleurs, etc.
