I'm told it is a handmade Talbot racing frame which was the house brand of Carlton cycle in Vancouver Canada? The bikes complete and comes with Campy super record drive train , campy brakes, campy seat post, American classic hubs, Ciinelli bars and stem, a Concor saddle, and simplex retro friction shifters. Asking price is $400 any one have any thoughts, or knowledge they could lend me?
