Do you know WHY the product was delayed? For all you know they are doing more testing to make sure the same thing doesnt happen again, and you are safe while riding their product. If that is the case, then that is a good way to treat your customers.
I guess I could post a snide remark that they are spending all this time looking for a plant in Vietnam to replace the one in Indonesia where the recalled "German" tires were made.
The retailer where the tires were purchased is as frustrated as I am about the time delay issue. And I agree with the statements about safety with the replacement products but the issue for me is do not promise a replacement date of September and not deliver in October, November, December, January, who knows.
The recalled tires were the top of the line and cost top of the line money.
