White really looks great. My Trek came with a white saddle and bar tape. After six months of riding - the white bar tape was so dirty that nothing would make it look clean again. The white seat was never a problem. If you are OCD about cleaning the bat tape then stay white, otherwise change to black. Nice bike either way.
