Try using the gloves and Climitts to cover your hands completely while on the handlebars. You should have no problems keeping dry and warm.
The guys at my LBS used to sell these, but have had trouble getting ahold of them. I bought a set of
Bar Mitts through them and have zero regrets. GREAT product.
