I heard from friends that things such as carbon forks, seatposts dont really do much in damping, is this true?
I'm running my tires at 110psi, which on smooth tarmac feels very nice. I tried running them lower, at about 70psi, and got a nasty pinch flat some time ago.
How much do you weigh? 70 is a little low for me at 160 for 28mm, but 110 is way to high. I run 23mm at 95/105 and 80/85 for 28mm.
