those VISP frames on ebay were dirt cheap, well under two hundo if i recall correctly.
I bought a VISP really cheap for $51 + $70 shipping, but they are now going for a lot more and are not worth more than $200 that they now cost with shipping. They are indeed quite heavy, over 6 lbs for frame and fork, and mine weighs 2 lbs more than my old Schwinn Paramount P14 steel track bike with the same wheels. Also, forget about using wide tires in the rear; it is very tight.
