THose certainly look like cracks to me... can't be sure, but the fact that one of them seems to be adjacent to a massive dent is not promising.

It may be possible to have some of those cracks repaired, but it's really not worth it, especially if it is an aluminum frame - a good quality new aluminum frame should cost between $300 - 800 and the reapir would almost certainly cost more than that, be ugly, and result in a comprimised frame.

What happened that mangled your bike like this? Car accident?
