They also use the odd Surly style sizing--- 3cm increments--- and an indecipherable geometry chart (how do they actually measure the TT? In midair well above the seatpost where it will be much longer than an actual TT size?). And seat tube from bottom to center?
But prestige is basically just a branded, heat-treated 4130 cro-mo, if I am not mistaken.
