1980's- This era has a soft spot for me, especially Colnago Supers and Masters. That's what I raced and what I rode every day. Still desperately want a 1988 DeRosa 35th Anniversary model with C-Record. Will find one eventually.
1990's - DeRosas, Merckx, Colnagos, Casati's, and as of today a Tommasini Sintesi. I like to ride them all. My current favorite era.
Present - So many talented custom builders. On lists with two. When they come to me, all other bikes will go bye-bye except for the DeRosas and a new Colnago Saronni MXL frameset that will eventually be built.
Components- 7400 series Dura Ace, 2009 Campy Centaur
Today's answer, but generally accurate.
Oops. I forgot to add Bianchi to my 90's list. I will also confess to owning a 2003 Bianchi Axis as well. It is a heck of a bike! I guess that fits under present era.
