I never realized there were so many 'grades' of 531 tubing. that gazelle page would be nicer if there was a way to see a sample of decal. but then again it seems 531 is very "mix n match" you could actually have the highest quality main tubes and the cheapest stays and still have a "all 531 frame" so you would have to be a real reynolds geek to tell what is what
Nah. If the fork and stays are 531, there is a 531 stamp on the fork as well.
531CS is a funny marketing designation: it translates to "531 main triangle, something else the rest". So in this respect, Trek is accurate on saying that the whole bike is 531CS (i.e. 531 main triangle and something else the rest)
