Bikes: Trek 7.5 Hybrid, Trek 1.1 Road, Holdsworth touring,Raleigh International,Ritchey Commando,Italvega Speciallissimo,et.al.

I have always only used 3 in 1 , very light oil,40 drops worth into any SA hub. I have never used anything heavier, even Phil, and don't really think that you should use a heavy oil for the hub. Let's see what others have to say.
