There are a lot of posts on here about NOT using 3 in 1 because of the lanolin in it. Regardless...

I just put Phil oil in my and my girlfriend's Sturmeys, and they seem to be doing OK. EVen took mine to work a few days ago when it was 24* out and didn't notice any serious problems with it.
