First ride for me in the snow since I started commuting in June. Somewhat miserable. Several things I learned:

1) If it looks like a hole covered with snow it probably is a hole covered with snow. Don't just ride over it.
2) Riding in work clothes worked great in fall, doesn't work that well after a lot of snow fell.
3) Get studded tires.
