Bikes: 198? Raleigh Technium 480, 1970 Raleigh Sports, Motobecane Nomade Sprint

I've read the contents of the regular 3-in-1 and all I saw was "Napthenic oil". I'm not sure what that is though. But the motor oil variety is barely more expensive than the regular.
