40 degrees or so and moist. Headwind had a little bite to it.

This time of year, my light stays on for the whole trip, both ways. I felt sluggish and slow. Having my train show up just a moment after arriving at the station seemed to confirm this, since I'd actually left a bit early. I thought it was due to too much eating and not enough riding. Then I remembered that the schedule recently changed and the train leaves 4-5 minutes earlier than it used to. SO I was in fact slow,l but not as glacial as it originally seemed.

I rigged a bracket to mount my headlight on the fork crown rather than on my head or the bar. I like the angle and shadowing/relief it provides.
