Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Get a 5 mm spacer and install it on the non-drive side of the hub, recenter the axle and redish the wheel.

The standard axle length for a 130 mm hub is 141 mm and which leaves 5.5 mm stickiing out beyond each locknut. If you respace the hub to 135 mm, the axle protrusion will be reduced to 3.0 mm per side but that is sufficient.

If you are really concerned, replace the 141 mm axle with a 146 mm axle to maintain the standard 5.5 mm per side but it isn't necessary.
