I run it with the "matching" Sugino 103 BB--- and it is fine. I care less about the theoretical issues of chainline "as measured" and more about real-world effects. I run a 8-speed SRAM road chain, and my drive train is absolutely silent--- running on the outside of the spider.

Realistically, I believe running with a 3/32" drive train, the world is quite forgiving. If you really want, I can measure the chainline.

I suggest just building it up, and using the inside of the spider as a fallback strategy.
