Seriously, next to deliberate close passes from overtaking motorists, wrong-way motor vehicles are my second biggest cycling issue.

It's particularly an issue on some two-way street in my 'hood where drivers apex the turn (blindly) into the opposite lane, assuming there will be no one oncoming. Or perhaps, no one but me.
