Oh, and as for my winter workout...
- I try to continue to ride outside as often as possible, weather permitting. I don't mind the cold, but I won't go out if there is too much snow or ice to make it safe/rideable.
- I ride my rollers for 1-1.5 hours a day, usually in two sessions, but sometimes just all at once during a soccer/ice hockey match/game.
- I'll add in more non-cycling stuff, like yoga, light weight training, stretching, long, fast walks.
Like I said though, this year I'm headin' south, so likely I'll be out riding all year long and can throw my rollers in a river
