Lousy morning in NYC, not entirely miserable but lousy: low 40s and rain with some gusts of wind - probably the same as in NJ. Since I still don't have my waterproof socks and gloves I had no choice but to let my feet and hands get wet, if it was any colder I would be miserable I saw very few cyclists, it was probably the worst morning so far. I just wore one of those bright yellow utility waterproof jackets, thin wool sweater and my Amfib tights. People at work are now convinced that I'm crazy But they're all wet and I just changed into dry clothes, LOL. My new Axiom Monsoon panniers passed the test too: not a drop of water inside. I'm probably looking at wet commute back home as well.
