Isn't that a federal offence?

In my case, the squirrel ran safely across my path, then decided to stop and make another attempt at clearing the wheels. I ran squarely over his back with both wheels. I saw him scurry off into the bushes. When will evolution teach these squirrels to stay away from mechanical vehicles?
