Bikes: 2009 Fuji Newest 1.0, 2011 Trek 3900 Disc MTB

First of all, THANKS! I'm a huge Fuji fan and hadn't taken the time to look on their site lately, and I will be glad to sign up for this.

Secondly, to alay your fears, this is anything but a new concept. Lots of brands do something like this. The best way to get the word out is to pick some folks beyond just the pros and get your product into the standard user pool more. Everyone likes to ride what the pros ride, but cant afford that model. You can however afford the model your buddy is bragging about who just finished the bike portion of the triathlon 15 minutes faster than you.

One of the biggest places on the web for this is Loopd.com . I have 9 sponsors for the 2010 season, some with extremely substantial discounts (I just got a 120 helmet current model year for 40 from a top of the line manufacturer), others with lesser discounts (generally on smaller albums), and I absolutely love what I'm getting from being a member of the site so far. Not every manufacturer is looking to sponsor some big fat guy who has put in mostly below average triathlon scores, so I have been turned down by a few. And not everyone answers quickly as Fuji is purporting to do.
