Sorry, but I've crossed these tracks 3-4 times a week, each way for over 12 years and have never had a problem. Operator error, I suppose. You want to tackle something worthwhile on Dekalb Ave. then how about all those water runoff drains on the soutside of the Street. Those are truly dangerous.
