Modern Campy cranks ('07 and up) have outboard bearings that are all the same, so there is no BB issue. Even before that, they compact took the same square spindle BB as a standard crank. The FDs are also compact or standard compatible, starting in '08.
Any Campy shifter can operate any crank, double, compact or triple.
Most compact setups only need a short cage RD, except those with a 13-29 cassette. The 2010 11 speed now has one RD that handles all compacts, even the new 12-29.
