Can someone explain that stem and bar setup? It looks like he's got them jacked up above to saddle level. If you posted this in the Road forum, you'd have a dozen people saying your frame is too small. But he just set a world record, so obviously there's some method to that madness.
maybe handling? i dunno. if you look at the seat drop to the drops where he would be riding it's still pretty agressive.
