I saw a bicycle the other day riding by while I was in the car which wheels were approx 1.5 the diameter of 28 inch wheels. Never seen or heard of this before. Is anybody familiar with this?
PS: clearly it was not a 27" or 29 mountain bike wheel - much larger in diameter
