You would need to readjust the RD to move more, but... I suspect that the chain that works with your Shimano freewheel might skip or get stuck with the Campy freewheel depending on the chain and the freewheels used. If you try to use a Campy chain it will probably will not work with your Shimano-compatible crank and possible with the RD. A tricky proposition that I think it would be tough to make it work...
