I got one that beats 'em all! My giant se iguana was stolen from my porch on Thnksgiving day. I came home tonight from a Christmas party to find a World Tourist Schwinn bicycle with what appears to be all original components. the stickers are all intact and in great condition but there is no doubt that this bike was ridden. The tires are original. I had no idea that giant made this bike until i jumped on this site. I would say mine is of the 1983 vintage compared to the fancy font that World Tourist is written in on the pics i've seen in this thread--mine is block lettering.
Whats-more the paint job is a sick almost metallic baby blue that fades to a metallic powder blue--its most pronounced on the rear fender where its darkest near the crank and really lightens up as you follow it to the rear of the bike. the same effect is pronounced at the neck of the bike too.
