I used those for the first time yesterday. I found the hand warmers to be tip top. The toe warmers stopped working due to the lack of air. I know, the point is to allow air on them so that they work but inside a shoe would not be considered a particularly airy place. My shoes are not particularly tight. Putting them on top of the foot might help?
I also recently acquired a set of Toasty Feet. They seem to work decently but it is not a huge improvement, in my opinion.
I'll see you up at Harriman this winter. I plan on enjoying the snow up there. Actually, likely won't see you because you ride too early.
