There must be some psychological reason even if you disagree with mine Psychology is the study of peoples behaviour and that is after all what I was talking about.

IMO it is not as simple as delay=instant rage.

Other posters have noticed that many drivers can't be delayed for a SINGLE SECOND without becoming enraged yet they have all the time in the world to hang around shouting and being abusive.

Do these drivers instantly go into melt down when they are delayed by a matter of seconds in other areas of their life?

"Would you please just take a seat over there Mr R. Rage the doctor will be with you in exactly 10 seconds "- "Let me past you stupid *********** if I dont get to see that **** doctor now I am going **** kill you you *********"

If it is then I am glad I am not a receptionist
