I'm suprised no one has mentioned quinoa. The only plant food that contains ALL essential amino acids in one easily digested source.
No, nearly pretty much EVERY plant food has all the essential amino acids (you can see that clearly in the USDA Food & Nutrient Database), and in nearly every plant food besides fruit, the amino acid pattern is "complete".
