Ladies, feel free to bat me down, but I've got to answer chicks on cell phones to this one. I know some guys drive and talk on cell phones, but it just seems ALL women are on the phone when they're out on the road. Yeah, ricers are really annoying, but at least they're aware of me; I can't say that about anyone on the phone in traffic.

I don't know what the average duration of "around town" drives is, but I'd bet that destination-to-destination it is in the neighborhood of twenty minutes. Maximum. I beg you, one and all, please hold off making that call until you get off of the road. Please.
