I actually quite like the seat post. It looks (almost) the same width of the aero seat post, and there isn't too much of the round insertion portion of it protruding out. I think it's a fairly fortunate thing to be able to get it to that point, where there is a minimal round profile protruding out, and it fitting the rider. I agree it does break the line, of the aer seat post but given the circumstances of its design, it works as best as it could. if you REALLY want to mimic an aero seat-mast like look, you COULD go to expense of creating a 'fairing' on the base of the seatpost, to eliminate and fill in the change in form, from aero to round. But I think that's a bigger pain in the ass than its really worth.

What about a black Miche Supertype, for aesthetic reasons only. The unique visual of its 'truss work' may distract the viewer from the glaring transition from aero seat tube to round seat post.

With all that matte black it feels like a blank canvas, filled with negative space, to me. It's begging for a focal point. Right now it's in the erratically placed rear wheel decals, and (kinda) the purple front wheel one. Right now you've got a white saddle and a white grips. Creating, visually speaking, a line descending from the saddle to the bars/grips. The wheel decals (front and rear) don't, IMO, compliment that. You could compliment that with a small white decal/whatever near the headtube/downtube junction? Or perhaps something on the side of the fork?
