The Zunow "lepton" is a tri bike, but what is the bicycle leg except a long TT. The Zunow distributor for NA was based here in Vancouver and I was pretty familiar with their bikes. They sponsored the Puntous twins in triathlon, they got a lot of press.

I believe the OP is correct. It is a TT bike. More specifically a "funny bike" which was outlawed in competition. That is not to say it could not be used in a tri, but the designation is a TT bike.
