Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

You're assuming the OP has others for comparison. Nitpick, nitpick.
Not necessarily. The Ti cogs will have a different finish and appearance from the other cogs in the same cassette. If the cassette is all steel, all of the cogs will appear alike.
